• Core Owns and Operates a 400 Plus Acre Port Facility that includes a 50

Plus acre Woodchip Facility

• We have one of the Leading Woodchip Operations in the world based

on storage capacity (up to 500K tons of hard storage pad capacity) and

vessel loading speed (up to 2,000 tons per hour)

• We Procure/Secure Woodchip Supply based on customers

demands/needs

• Currently equipped to handle in Excess of 2 Million Tons per year

• Shiploader with the Longest Jet Slinger Ever Built to distribute chips in

vessel holds in order to achieve the best compaction factor

• Prepared to receive woodchips by both Barge and Truck

• Multiple Track and Large Rubber Tired Dozers to manage inventories

within our facility

• Controlled by an Automated System - Woodchips are pushed into chain

reclaimers and transferred onto belt conveyors. Conveyors transport

chips to a traveling shiploader, delivering the chips into the vessel holds

 • Receive woodchips seven days

per week at up to 100 trucks per

day/ Approximately 2,800 short

tons per day

• Receive and offload up to six

barges per day. Approximately
